As Kingdom women, we are in a special window of grace to build in spite of what we see and feel. In order to believe and conceive what God has called for us to do, we have to be delivered from the fear of failure, shame, delay, buried dreams, anxiety to shine and anything else that has stopped us from walking boldly in God’s plan.
It may look different, but the beauty is, we’re all building something,
Whether it’s building families, friendships, health, boundaries, marriage, career, ministry, or that crazy thing that seems impossible. It may feel daunting, but God is giving you the grace to do it with speed and clarity.

Girl’s Night
THURSDAY NIGHT | NOV 5, 2026 | 6:30pm - 9:30pm (VIP)
This night is hosted at a beautiful home curated exclusively for 16 women, this is what it feels like when girl’s night turns into worship night. Imagine everyone gathering in the living room, some sitting on sofas, others in chairs, and some making themselves at home by sitting on the floor with a cozy blanket. Everyone is laughing and having the best time, all different ages and seasons are represented and whether you’ve known everyone in the room for years or just walked through the door for the first time, this is the girl’s night that your season needs. It’s refreshing, fun, cozy, and filled with God’s presence and power. We’re going to worship together and feast on the Word of God as we develop clarity around what the Lord has called for us to build in this season while removing every road block that was set before us. We believe so much deliverance and breakthrough will be in the room from what has been holding us back from building God’s way. Limited VIP Availability
Fire Night
FRIDAY NIGHT | NOVEMBER 6, 2026 | 6:30pm - 9:00pm (General Admission)
Hosted at our event venue, in a room of women that feel like your tribe, this is the night that we receive the fire we need to go and do everything God has planned for us. There are no more excuses and roadblocks. We are freely building and giving God a completely surrendered yes, no matter the cost. We call it fire night, because that is exactly what it is: a night of Holy Spirit revival fire. In order to do what God has called us to do, we need His Spirit to go with us and to lead us. This is the night we receive the refueling to go and do with Dunamis power and zeal. We will receive a Word ministered by our founder, Kyia Hopkins which is sure to have you laughing and crying at the same time. Every woman in attendance will leave with confidence and power to BUILD IMMEDIATELY!
Morning Session
SATURDAY MORNING | NOVEMBER 7, 2026 | 10:30am -1:00pm (General Admission)
Where the presence of the Lord is, there is the fullness of all His attributes. Therefore, we don’t want you to leave a weekend like this on “fire,” without knowing what to do with that fire. We are filled, so that we can go and do, and this morning session is all about the “do.” Every year we carve out time in our weekend to have a worship study hall and this year is no different: a time for you to write, sing, dance, work on God projects, draw, or just sit in His Presence. A room full of woman just sitting with The Lord, nothing else. Within our morning session, we will also have a live panel conversation about the different seasons of building as a woman. Whether you’re building in business, family, boundaries, relationships, no matter the season, we are all building something and we will explore the practicality and actionable steps needed to build in your season. You will also get an opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback, if desired.
Dinner party

This is one of our favorite moments because it adds such a sweet bow to the already powerful, life changing weekend. At the same beautifully crafted home from Thursday night, we will gather one last time for a sweet dinner party, exclusively for 16 women. Everyone knows our founder Kyia, loves to host and make everyone feel at home, so her merge of hospitality and fun, along with The Gatherhouse Team makes this night so memorable and special. With a delicious, organic and locally sourced, meal homecooked by Kyia, meaningful table conversations, lots of laughs, stories, maybe a game (or two?!), and moments to reflect on what God has down over the weekend, this dinner party is definitely one for the books. As the night closes, we are all so thankful for sweet, slow moments like this to reflect on such such a powerful weekend with our sisters.

This whole thing started eight years ago, while I was crying my eyes out in the shower while I was miscarrying our first baby. In the midst of pain and what seemed like an opportune time, the Lord gave me an instruction to start this ministry (formally known as HUSH!) Not only did obedience to the Lord bring forth break through in my life, but in the life of every woman who the Lord has touched through this ministry. Being married to my best friend and a mother to 3, will always be my first ministry and where I create home, but I’m also forever grateful that the Lord called me to journey with women through discipleship, mentorship, teaching, and deliverance. The Gathering is literally my favorite time of the year! It’s a weekend of all my favorite things: the presence of God, sisterhood, and hospitality (I love hosting and making everyone feel like family!!) It’s truly a special place, a marking moment, that isn’t fabricated or made up just for emotionalism and a “good time.” This is a consecrated meeting place that belongs to the Lord and not us. This is His meeting and we gather to meet Him. I can’t wait to gather with you and experience all that God has for us November 5 - 7 in Richmond, Virginia. . We are in such a kairos time and it requires an immediate response of obedience.”
